All Tuition fees are payable in advance per semester, and are due on or before the registration date.

We offer a 5% discount on the full years fee, but only if it is paid on or before your registration date.

International students from First World countries, in accordance with common SA university practice, will pay tuition fees at 200%.

Students who wish to reside on campus must pay a refundable deposit  and a minimum of 25% of the semester’s accommodation fee on or before occupation of room.

Bursary and sponsored students must pay at least 25% of tuition fees and must submit a signed letter of commitment from the sponsor before registration.

All fees must be settled by the end of February to avoid penalty interest. Entry to the following semester will be refused if the student has any outstanding debt to the college.

Fees do not include the purchase of textbooks.

Please note that all fees are significantly subsidized. Full-time students may apply in writing for further bursary assistance.

Methods of Payment
  1. Payments may be made to the College in the form of cheque, electronic transfer or direct deposit. We regret we do not have credit card facilities.
  2. If you elect to pay your fees in cash please make a deposit directly into the college’s account and give us a  copy of the deposit slip.
  3. Payments issuing from foreign countries may take the form of a bank draft or, preferably, a telegraphic transfer (TT) - as this is a safer option. NB. Please include the cost of the bank service fee for both drafts and TT's.

Students are required to notify the College of incoming payments, particularly if they are transferred electronically. When depositing into the College account, it is important to use your name as the payment reference so that the College can allocate the fee to the correct student.
